On Sunday, August 9th, we will celebrate our connection to the Emmaus Homes.  Just like many organizations, finances have been hit hard by Covid-19.  We will take a special offering for this amazing ministry of our United Church of Christ.  If you would like to offer a “mission moment” about Emmaus, please let the office know.  Unfortunately, due to Covid19, the residents are not able to travel, but Emmaus is hoping to be able to provide us a video of the bell or vocal choir to use in worship.

Confirmation class is beginning soon!  If you know of someone entering 7th or 8h grade who should be part of the class let Pastor Jeff know.

In the Conference we have 2 churches in Northwest Arkansas who are Marshallese.  The community is in need of PPEs.  Most of the people within these communities work in meat processing and are very poor.  They also do not have any protections.  If you have any PPEs that can be donated to them, please  bring them to the church office.

The need for blood is constant and only volunteer donors can fulfill that need for patients in our community. Nationwide, someone needs a unit of blood every 2 to 3 seconds and most of us will need blood in our lifetime.  Thank you for supporting the American Red Cross blood program!
